The history of the Dual Fuel Systems sp. z o.o. started in Poznań in 2013. From the beginning of the company was concentrated on the distribution of diesel dual fuel.
Fuel Fusion – the fruit of the hard work
The dynamic development of the Dual Fuel Systems Sp. z o.o. caused that in 2015 the work on the original project of our installation was started.
The result of the hard work was Fuel Fusion – a system designed for all high-combustion engines, allowing them to partially replace diesel oil. Our installation works great in the trucks, special vehicles, agricultural machinery, power generators, locomotives and vehicles up to 3.5 tons with Diesel engine. In 2017 our installation got the R67, R110 and R10 approval and went to the market.
In the years 2019-2021, an exemption from tolls for – among others – vehicles equipped with diesel oil + CNG gas installations was in force in Germany. It was very busy time for us. Back then we installed over 2000 Fuel Fusion CNG in the trucks. We also started the cooperation with the services of the truck dealers On Road/DBK, ESA Trucks Polska and Raben.
Dual Fuel Systems in business environment
The life of the company is not only honest work and care about customer experience, but also being a part of the industry and the business environment. We understand that, so we participate in many business events.
One of the most interesting ones was Polish-Kazakhstan Economic Forum in Warsaw, were, with the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Development Mateusz Morawiecki and Minister of Investment and Development of Kazakhstan Żenis Kasymbek, the memorandum on cooperation between Dual Fuel System and Kaznex was signed.
Through the years we were present on many fairs, e.g. in Pol-Eco-System in 2016, where we had a joint stand with Gaz-System and PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny (Polish Oil and Gas Company).
From 2016 we are also the member of the Polish-Asian Chamber of Commerce.

Cooperation in the country and abroad
Our systems have been available for several years and is growing in popularity – over 4,000 vehicles were converted to dual fuel. We had the opportunity to complete many orders and establish cooperation with companies that have their own fleets, workshops or companies trading gas installation components. We operate on the Polish and international market. Our installations power machines operating in the European Union and beyond its borders.
Examples of our most interesting projects:
- 2015 – installation of a diesel + LPG system in a locomotive in Kazakhstan (old system),
- 2015 – installation of a diesel + LPG system in a combine harvester (old system),
- 2016 – installation of the diesel + CNG system in Ford Ranger and Ford Transit vehicles (old system) GAZ-System pilot project,
- 2017-2018 – installation of the Fuel Fusion system with LPG in Solaris buses in Swarzędz Bus Communication,
- 2017 – Installation of the Fuel Fusion CNG system in a Scania aggregate transport vehicle, Uniwar,
- 2021-2022 – installation of the Fuel Fusion system with LNG on the Kędzierzyn-Koźle barge.

Not only work that counts
We want Dual Fuel Systems company to have a positive impact on our surroundings – both closer and further. Our system makes machines safer for the environment. We are also culturally active, by supporting our friends from jazz band – the Dixie Company.
