Ahora es el momento de analizar m\u00e1s de cerca los reductores. Son un elemento muy importante en cada instalaci\u00f3n de gas y act\u00faan como frontera entre la instalaci\u00f3n y los componentes del cilindro.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Antes de que el gas llegue a la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n dentro del motor, debe ingresar al sistema de gas desde un cilindro o una tuber\u00eda. El problema es que la presi\u00f3n del gas almacenado o transportado es relativamente alta. Usar gas comprimido directamente podr\u00eda ser peligroso para el sistema.<strong> Por esta raz\u00f3n, es necesario un reductor. Las funciones m\u00e1s importantes de un reductor son:\u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducir la presi\u00f3n del gas antes de que ingrese a la instalaci\u00f3n.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Cambiar el estado del GLP de l\u00edquido a gas.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pero eso no es todo. El reductor es una frontera entre el cilindro y la instalaci\u00f3n de gas. Por lo tanto, sirve para proteger el motor contra el suministro no deseado de gas cuando la instalaci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 en funcionamiento.\u200b<\/p>\n<p><strong>En la versi\u00f3n Fuel Fusion LPG, el reductor tambi\u00e9n es responsable de cambiar el estado del combustible de l\u00edquido a gas<\/strong>. El propano-butano se lic\u00faa mediante compresi\u00f3n a alta presi\u00f3n. El metano se comercializa en estado comprimido, pero no a una presi\u00f3n lo suficientemente alta como para licuarlo. <strong>Como resultado, el reductor en los sistemas de GNC no funciona como un vaporizador, sino solo como un regulador de presi\u00f3n, garantizando que el gas ingrese al sistema a una presi\u00f3n segura.\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El proceso de licuefacci\u00f3n o expansi\u00f3n del gas genera temperaturas extremadamente bajas.<strong> Para evitar el congelamiento, el reductor debe calentarse, utilizando el calor emitido por el motor durante su funcionamiento.<\/strong> Por esta raz\u00f3n, el sistema de gas no debe activarse antes de que el motor se haya calentado.
