La dosis de gas aplicada debe medirse con mucha precisi\u00f3n: no puede ser demasiado peque\u00f1a ni demasiado grande. Todas las dosis posteriores deben ser exactamente iguales, de lo contrario, el motor funcionar\u00eda de manera inestable. El solenoide del inyector es responsable de esta cuesti\u00f3n. <strong>La se\u00f1al sobre la cantidad de dosis de gas aplicada llega a los inyectores desde el controlador (ECU) de Fuel Fusion. El solenoide decide sobre la apertura y el cierre de los inyectores y, como resultado, sobre el tama\u00f1o de la dosis de gas.<\/strong> Es muy importante que los inyectores ejecuten de manera precisa, suave y r\u00e1pida las instrucciones que les llegan desde la ECU.<\/p>\n<p>Al dise\u00f1ar la instalaci\u00f3n de Fuel Fusion, seleccionamos inyectores que sean eficientes y duraderos. el sistema de admisi\u00f3n del motor. Sus boquillas se colocan en orificios perforados delante del turbocompresor. Gracias a esto, el GLP\/GNC suministrado al sistema se mezcla con el aire y junto con \u00e9l pasa a la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n del motor. <strong>Es necesario colocarlos lejos de elementos que se calientan durante el funcionamiento de la m\u00e1quina, para que no est\u00e9n expuestos a altas temperaturas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los inyectores se instalan lo m\u00e1s cerca posible del turbocompresor, gracias a lo cual el GNC\/GLP llega r\u00e1pidamente a \u00e9l, y desde all\u00ed, junto con el aire, llega a la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n. Las boquillas se colocan a presi\u00f3n, sin necesidad de utilizar pegamento: el vac\u00edo en el sistema garantiza la estanqueidad y elimina el riesgo de fugas del inyectores son un elemento operativo del sistema y que despu\u00e9s de un tiempo es necesario sustituirlos por unos nuevos. <strong>Como fabricante de sistemas de gas Fuel Fusion, recomendamos sustituir los inyectores cada 100.000 km o 1.400 m.<\/strong> Pasado este tiempo, los inyectores se desgastan y ya no se pueden utilizar. Los fabricantes de inyectores recomiendan el mismo plazo de uso del dispositivo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, conviene recordar que el estado de los inyectores depende de muchos factores. El m\u00e1s importante de ellos es, por supuesto, la calidad del gas utilizado. Desafortunadamente, el gas nunca es 100% puro y limpio. Por eso es tan importante el filtro de gas. Sin \u00e9l, todas las impurezas se acumular\u00edan en el interior del sistema y podr\u00edan bloquear los inyectores. Por eso es importante recordar sustituir el filtro por uno nuevo a tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Durante las inspecciones tambi\u00e9n es necesario comprobar la fijaci\u00f3n firme de todos los elementos del sistema, incluidos los inyectores.<\/strong> Recuerde que la correcta instalaci\u00f3n del sistema no nos exime de esta obligaci\u00f3n. Incluso los tornillos mejor apretados pueden aflojarse debido a las vibraciones provocadas por el funcionamiento de la m\u00e1quina. Su funcionamiento determina la dosificaci\u00f3n correcta de GLP\/GNC y, en consecuencia, el correcto funcionamiento del motor. Su comunicaci\u00f3n eficiente con el controlador, la precisi\u00f3n y la repetibilidad del funcionamiento son cuestiones absolutamente prioritarias.<\/p>\n<p>Lamentablemente, los inyectores son elementos operativos y deben reemplazarse peri\u00f3dicamente. <strong>Afortunadamente, no tiene que recordarlo usted mismo. El sistema de gas Fuel Fusion para motores di\u00e9sel le recuerda la necesidad de realizar trabajos de servicio con luces ubicadas en el interruptor y mediante se\u00f1ales sonoras.<\/strong> En ese caso, debe visitar inmediatamente un servicio autorizado para una inspecci\u00f3n.
