Este conocido proverbio es cierto en muchos aspectos de la vida. Uno de ellos son las instalaciones de gas para motores di\u00e9sel. Nuestro sistema, Fuel Fusion, se puede utilizar durante muchos a\u00f1os, lo que supone un importante ahorro, pero es necesario realizar un mantenimiento adecuado. <strong>Cada usuario debe recordar realizar inspecciones peri\u00f3dicas<\/strong>. Como dijimos, este mensaje significa que la presi\u00f3n de gas en el cilindro es demasiado baja. \u00bfC\u00f3mo solucionar este problema? \u00a1Es f\u00e1cil! Aunque nunca se nos ha soltado ning\u00fan tornillo de Fuel Fusion, se comprueban todos en cada ocasi\u00f3n. El empleado del taller tambi\u00e9n verifica el estado de los elementos que fijan los elementos de la instalaci\u00f3n. <strong>Esto es muy importante por razones de seguridad<\/strong>: ya ha ocurrido anteriormente que algunos soportes se han doblado, por ejemplo, como resultado de una conducci\u00f3n descuidada.<\/p>\n<p>Otro elemento extremadamente importante de las pruebas es <strong>la comprobaci\u00f3n de las l\u00edneas principales de gas y de alta presi\u00f3n<\/strong>. En muchos casos, solo ajustarlo es suficiente. Sin embargo, si la presi\u00f3n en el interior es demasiado alta y el empleado del taller no puede ajustarlo, el elemento debe reemplazarse. <strong>El reductor tambi\u00e9n debe reemplazarse por uno nuevo si la membrana est\u00e1 da\u00f1ada y el gas se escapa a trav\u00e9s del puerto de vac\u00edo<\/strong>. En este caso, el olor a gas permanecer\u00e1 en las cercan\u00edas del Fuel Fusion. El reductor tambi\u00e9n califica para reemplazo si hay fugas visibles u otros signos de da\u00f1o, pero esto sucede muy raramente.<\/p>\n<p>El examen de diagn\u00f3stico no solo se trata de actividades puramente f\u00edsicas. <strong>Tambi\u00e9n es necesario verificar el correcto funcionamiento del controlador<\/strong>. Despu\u00e9s de este tiempo, se puede reemplazar por una nueva o <strong>la llamada legalizaci\u00f3n, es decir, realizar otra inspecci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica realizada por instituciones autorizadas por la Supervisi\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Transporte.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tenemos una situaci\u00f3n id\u00e9ntica en el caso de las bombonas de GNC. En sus casos, la aprobaci\u00f3n tampoco es ilimitada. Si queremos utilizar la bombona durante m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os, debemos hacer que la revisen.<\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;Resumiendo<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Al igual que las instalaciones de gas para motores de gasolina, Fuel Fusion requiere inspecciones peri\u00f3dicas.<\/strong> Es necesario comprobar la estanqueidad de los elementos individuales y la durabilidad de sus elementos de montaje. <strong>La responsabilidad del propietario de un veh\u00edculo o m\u00e1quina con un Fuel Fusion tambi\u00e9n incluye la sustituci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica de consumibles, como filtros o inyectores.<\/strong> Si descuida esta obligaci\u00f3n, la instalaci\u00f3n puede dejar de funcionar o volverse mucho menos efectiva.
