Gas system dedicated to diesel engines is a complex mechanism, the work of which depends on the coordinated cooperation between individual components. Injectors are responsible for supplying CNG\/LPG to the interiors of the System.<\/strong> Together with the gas controller and the gas reducer, they constitute one of the most important elements of the system Gas injectors\u2019 task is to supply gas to the intake system and eventually to the engine combustion chamber.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Injector’s function<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The key issue here is the release of precisely measured doses of CNG\/LPG before they get into the engine. The applied dose of gas must be very precisely measured – it may not be too small or too large. All subsequent doses must be exactly the same, otherwise the engine would run unstably. The injector solenoid is responsible for this issue. The signal regarding the amount of the applied gas dose reaches the injectors from the Fuel Fusion controller (ECU). The solenoid decides about opening and closing of the injectors and as a result, about the size of the gas dose.<\/strong> It is very important that the injectors precisely, smoothly and quickly execute the instructions that reach them from the ECU.<\/p>\n

When designing the Fuel Fusion Installation, we selected injectors that are efficient and durable. Their proper installation and timely servicing allow for trouble-free operation of the Installation for a long time.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
