The best way is to find an external specialist who will credibly confirm our words. This was the idea behind the creation of quality certificates.

The auditing entity – as an independent inspection establishment – visits the company and checks it in terms of compliance with certain standards. If all the conditions are met, the company receives a certificate confirming compliance with the given standards.

Of course, there are many industries and business profiles, which is why different standards have been developed. What’s more, there are also certificates for the same areas, but created by other organizations and based on different standards. The most famous are, of course, issued by ISO (International Organization for Standardisation). An organization operating all over the world and enjoying an unblemished reputation.

Dual Fuel Systems is a manufacturer of the Fuel Fusion system – gas installations for diesel engines. In order to provide customers with the highest quality of service, we must take care of the highest organizational culture, obey very strict standards and take care of quality of the offered products. These are very ambitious goals that cannot be achieved without daily efforts to develop the best procedures.

This approach allowed us to develop the innovative Fuel Fusion system and reach our customers in Poland and abroad. Thanks to our product, all users saves on fuel costs in their truck, special vehicle or power generator, while emitting much less pollutants.

It is important for us to take care of all processes inside our company and give a good testimony to the outside world. That is why we’ve decided to introduce a Quality Management System in our company, which allowed us to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

The document is a confirmation that the company has implemented appropriate procedures, has achieved a certain level of quality of services and was able to maintain it permanently. This document cannot be purchased. It can only be obtained by successfully passing an audit conducted by an independent entity authorized to carry out inspections.

The audit covers various areas of the company’s operation. Its functioning is checked for:

• – repeatability of the production process with procedures,
• – focus on customer satisfaction,
• – employee involvement,
• – minimizing the occurrence of risk and preventing it,
• – system approach to management,
• – continuous improvement,
• – process approach,
• – mutual benefits in relations with suppliers.

Passing the audit once is, of course, not everything. The organization carrying out the audits must ensure that the company is constantly maintaining the level and is still able to meet the assumptions made by the standards. This is why the certificate is not issued forever. If the company wants to keep the certificate, it has to go through the procedure every year.

In the certification process, the most important issue is, of course, proper preparation. If the company does not get acquainted with the applicable standards and does not implement the appropriate procedures, it will not have a chance to success.

That is why the first step was to familiarize yourself with the applicable standard and understand its assumptions. Dual Fuel Fusion successfully passed the initial and certification audit in 2021, and since then annual internal and external audits have been carried out to check the compliance and correct operation of the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Annual audits summarize the entire year of the company’s operations and existing processes. This is a good time to look at the current situation of the company and thoroughly analyse it, the correct operation of processes and the possibilities of their improvement, as well as assess the possibility of threats and determine ways to prevent them in advance. We have verified all procedures and full documentation as part of the internal audit. We compared everything thoroughly with the applicable standards and goals set for the year.

Obtained results allowed us to plan the necessary actions and improve the functioning of the company, making sure that we meet all the requirements.

A reliable approach to preparations meant that passing the external audit turned out to be only a formality. We have easily demonstrated that Dual Fuel Systems meets all the requirements of the 9001:2015 certificate.

Customers are the most important for us. We want to support them at every stage of the purchasing process, as well as during subsequent work with the Fuel Fusion system. No less important is the production process itself and its compliance with internal procedures as well as the requirements of external regulations. Out of concern for customer satisfaction, we make every effort to ensure that Dual Fuel Systems operates in a transparent manner, tailored to customer expectations, provides them with maximum satisfaction and that the product obtained is of the best quality. Meeting international standards is another step in this direction for us, and the 9001:2015 certificate is an assurance for our customers.
